Dr Julian Brown
Clinical Lead

Dr Brown is a GP who is passionate in delivering cost-effective and safe medications for the NHS and developing countries. He has worked as an SHA, PCT and CCG prescribing lead for 10 years, Long Term Clinical Lead for West Norfolk CCG for 2 years and has introduced several national programs for prescribing safety (e.g. Eclipse Live, RADAR, NHS Pathways.)

His systems currently protect over 20 million patients within the NHS and run over 10 billion algorithms each week, to improve the safety of monitoring and treatment. He is currently introducing diabetes services in remote Tanzania.

Information Technology Lead

Steven has headed up our IT team for the past 15 years. He ensures our high security data centre provides efficient access for our 15000 end users. His team provide ordering systems for over 700 hospitals, 7000 independent pharmacists and 1000 Dispensing Practices.

Chelsea Hindmarch
Project Lead

Chelsea graduated from the University of Johannesburg then came to the UK. She is the lead for impact500 and will ensure effective delivery across the NHS medicines management teams.

Her team have already actively trained many CCGs that have signed up for individual support in the use of impact500.
