STEROID / LABA
We started working with and analysing the cost-effectiveness of a new combination inhaler in 2014. Since then the product is now the leading combination MDI in the market and commands the third highest monthly revenue of all drugs within the NHS.*
Insulin Needles
Our clients cost-effective insulin needles are now the market leaders commanding 30% of the Diabetes NHS England market. We have worked together with the same partner to gain the 2nd largest market share of glucose testing strips.
Oxycodone MR Tablets
Following the patent expiry of Oxycontin we provided analytical insight for a new cost-effective brand. This allows identification and utilisation within the NHS to generate savings of 50% compared to the original brand. Total sales for the combined originator and new brand actually increased such was the success of the project.
